Dear bsteam,

It seems the URL is not correct. Could you please clarify step by step, how you get this URL? Did you save the form in the designer and then try to add a new item in the list? The screenshot will be helpful too.

I got it
the site was created in French and other languages were added.
My browser is in English, so the URL contains /item/newsforms.aspx but the form is in/élément/newsform. aspx.
I deleted the other languages and it works.
How to manage multi-language?
Do I have to copy and rename the élément folder in each languages?

Hi!

Yes, the issue is happening because of the language - the form isn't defined for english Content Type: https://plumsail.com/docs/forms-sp/how-to/language.html

It was done for the purpose to support custom forms for different languages. If you don't want this - use the same name for Content Type across languages.

P.S. In the future, it would be better to ask Forms questions on the original forum, this forum is dedicated to Forms Designer, our older product. But we are always glad to help!
