Show Related Document in SP Form

Hello,

I would like to know how to show related document in SP Form.
I had one document library list item that included the Title column (eg.AYM0001_C2_Cal)
And also I had one custom list item that included Project Name (eg.AYM0001_C2_Cal).This column is look up field.
I want to show the document library item in custom list item using related item with filter by AYM001_C2_Cal.
Please help me how can I do it?

You can use 'Related Items' control to display related documents on the form.
