Display text based on Field Choice

Hi,

I have a choice field that dependent on the choice, I want an html text area to show the details for the choice fields selection. Eg. Choice Field Severity: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3. If level 1 is selected, the html text are will show the details of a levle 1 severity.

Is this possible?
