Modifying HTML and applying Bootstrap for Device compatibility

I have created forms for SP2013 using SPForm Designer.
Please clarify for the follwoing queries:
Is there any way that we can apply bootstrap to the form HTML.?? does it support?
Since the form generates table structure, it is difficult to make the form responsive, is there any other apporach to avoid the table structure?

Hi,
Currently, Forms Designer does not support bootstrap out-of-the-box but you can include it by youself with JS- and CSS-editors. We're working hard on responsive framework and hope to release it soon. For now, you can design separate forms specifically for mobile and tablet devices:
