Save & Continue from Related Items (modal)

Is there any way to save & continue from a modal form (related item). I can save & continue from the originating form, but not when I select "Add new item" from a related item. Or is it possible to refresh the form when changes are made in another tab?

I'm not sure I fully understand you. Could you please provide more details about the case.

What do you mean with save & continue? Do you mean you want to redirect to another form?
