Installing the app

I'm currently trialing a sharepoint 365 2013 version of SharePoint and was wanting to try 'Forms Designer', but when I try to install the app I get the following message;


'Sorry, something went wrong with adding the app. Click to retry.'


Has anyone else encountered this and is there a way round it?

It seems that you don't have enough persmissions. Are you installing it to sqevents.sharepoint.com? Please, make sure that you're site collection administrator.

I've set myself as a site collection administartor, but still getting the same message. I've been able to add apps like nintex forms and workflows without a problem.

Have you tried to remove and add the app again?

Yes, I first of all tried the 'retry' option, that didn't work so removed and re-added the app and got the same message.

Could you provide temporary access to your SharePoint Online with the site collection admin permissions? Or may we schedule a team viewer session? Please, send private information to support@spform.com.
