Tab Control appears as list/links

Hi

I made a form with tab controls. Unfortunately when i start the form, i only the tabs as a list with links and no tabs. What did I do wrong?

Hello,

It seems that you don't have read access permissions to Style Library (for SharePoint on-premises) / FormsDesignerApp (for Office 365) library. If you use custom JavaScript code in your form, please, make sure that it doesn't contain syntax errors. Open the browser console (F12) and refresh the form page. Copy the errors list and paste it to this thread, so I will be able to identify the issue.

Thanks for your fast reply. I actually did have an error in the javascript code. I was confused as I never had problems with the form, when having an error in the code...
