Javascript Error on attaching files

A production form is mostly working howver an error was recently reported. When using the ribbon button or attach button on an SPForms Designer form nothing happens for the user and the following javascript error is found in the browser console:

'document.getElementById(...)' is null or not an object

Anay advice would be appreciated

Please, ensure that you put the Attachments field onto your form in Forms Designer.

Thank you for your swift reply thtat was the problem one of the delegated site owners had removed the field
