Saving forms from SP Designer

Hi,
I couldn't find anything about it...
The list on which I have forms is corrupted, the link is broken so I can't open the forms through the Form Designer from the list (I tried to open FD separately and just navigate to the list - no luck). But I still see those forms in SharePoint Designer. Are there any options to download the forms from SP Des so I can use them for the new list?

- not me, I think the site owner must have done something. Yes, the list got renamed, but not just renamed: in List settings it points to the main site collection page. In SP Designer I can still see the correct URL. The issue is really weird and we can't fix it - even Microsoft cannot suggest a solution.

What SharePoint version are you using?
- SP 2013 on-prem
