Related Document Sets

We have a form with several related items, one is related document set items from a Document Library. We are able to return the correct Document Set in the Document Library but when we click the Doc Set Link it opens the form again, not the doc set? The resulting form also loses the related doc set.

Sorry, the relates items from the Library are folders not Document Sets.
