Are you using SharePoint Online? Make sure that you have not already added the apps to the site. If you still cannot add the apps, please, provide access to your site: support@spform.com.

Yes - Office 365. I will contact you regarding access.

Did you recently publish any updates? Are you able to identify any errors in tagging?
