How to remove this solution

what is the easiest way to remove this solution after trial period?

We think to buy this solution after sometime, but now we cant add new items.

If your trial has ended and you did not restore default forms with Forms Designer, please, open you web with Sharepoint Designer and navigate the list which form you would like to restore. Select content type:



In the Forms section clear all form urls:

Do not forget save edited content type.
