Hide Delete option from context menu

I would like to prevent users from deleting a list item after a condition is met.
I am able to hide the ribbon in display mode and I need some help with hiding the delete option from the context menu and ribbon from the view when you select a list item.

Sorry for the late reply. Could you please provide screenshots of your form with marks, where a 'delete' button should be removed? What condition do you use? Please provide a code.
