Lookup with one source list

Hi all,

I have one source list with the columns Customer, Serial no. and System type. Now I create a destination list where I will make a lookup to the columns from the source list. For example, I select in the first column of the destination list Customer and in the next column then I would like select the Serial no. from the same source list. Because a customer can have multiple serial no. Is it possible. If yes can you give me an example?
