Filter DropDown Values in a Child

Hello,

I have a Parent Form with a Related Items object in it.

In the parent form I have an Entity field and in the child I have a lookup column tied to a Products SharePoint List. Each product belongs to an Entity, so I am trying to filter the Products field in the child, to only show those products belonging to the Entity selected in the parent.

Any hint you can provide to achieve this? I have tried a lot of things, but I cannot get the Lookup field values to be filtered.
