Lookup with 2 result values

Hi,

I want to return 2 values form the lookup search.

Example:
I want to select from a looup table a "role" and the assigned responsible person and show this selected in corresponding fileds on the form.

Is this possible ?

Dear Gerald,
The easiest way would be to go to List settings, select Lookup column, and add additional tab:
