Flow / There's a problem with the flow's trigger

Hello there,
I receive the following error when trying to create automated approval flow using "when a new item is created" trigger...
I use cross-site lookup columns in my list. The "Field_Name" is actually the lookup field.

Is there a fix or workaround for this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Which Sharepoint version are you using: Online or On-Premises?

At what step of the workflow are you getting the error?
