edit form not loading correctly

All of a sudden when I open my edit form none of the fields/tabs etc appear, all that is shown is the save and cancel buttons?
Is there a limit on the number of fields, tabs etc you can use within one form?

Please, check your custom JS- and CSS-code, ensure that saving is finished in Forms Designer, check the browser console (F12).
