Hi,
Let's say I create a 'new item' form for a task list through Forms Designer and I save it. This has now become the default 'new item' form. But what if I wanted to go back to the standard SharePoint 'new item' form again. How would I revert this back easily?
Kind regards,

Hi,
Just click 'Reset' button in the ribbon of Forms Designer and close it without saving or switch to another form.

Hi Dmitry,
I must have missed that option, thanks! When I reset, it says 'Default layout successfully restored'. But when I try to use the form again, it's getting a Sharepoint error. This is the relevant logging part:
SPFederationAuthenticationModule.IsRedirectToLogOnPage: Detected a redirection but the redirect is not to a known signin page: /Lists/Test%20Tasks/fd_controller_Item_Edit.aspx?List=bf20c56b%2D2927%2D4bfe%2Da324%2Dc56f3ab9335d&ID=1&ContentTypeId=0x010053B733334B2E9341837FFA2844A6E771&IsDlg=1
(Request (GET:'NAME_OF_SITE'/Lists/Test%20Tasks/fd_controller_Item_Edit.aspx?List=bf20c56b%2D2927%2D4bfe%2Da324%2Dc56f3ab9335d&ID=1&ContentTypeId=0x010053B733334B2E9341837FFA2844A6E771&IsDlg=1))
So after resetting, it seems Sharepoint is still trying to connect to the custom forms and that form no longer exists ofcourse. Any thoughts on this?
Kind regards,

Please, make sure that you restored all forms (New, Edit, and Display), and removed all groups except a default one (All Users) (find the drop-down in the upper-right corner of the designer).
