sharepoint 2016 upgrade and nev versions

We have both form designer and cross-site lookup developer license for sharepoint 2013.

We will upgrade our servers to 2016 so , is there a problem our license? we will close old server and will use new server for sharepoint 2016.

We want to upgrade also both form designer and crossSite lookup new version ?

What will be done , this topic is urgent for us, İf you reply earlier ı will be so glad.
