Attachment file size

Hello,
is it possible, when attaching a new file, to retrieve its size and, if over 10Mb, return an error message?

Dear Alex,
The size of attachments and their limit is handled by SharePoint, it's different for SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises.
So, there really is no good way to do this with Forms Designer.
