Best method to localize form languages?

What is the best way to localize the language of an spform for SharePoint online? could there be an option dialog box which then takes you to form in different language or questions change syntax per language. I need the current form to be available in not only English but also:

German
Japanese
Chinese
French
Portuguese

It's written mostly for SharePoint On-Premises, but there is a section at the bottom, called Office365 which gives an instruction on how to handle localization in SharePoint Online.
