Error while saving the form

Hi,

I am getting an Error while saving the form,Can you please suggest what might be the issue.

Dear Vishwas,
Can you, please, install Fiddler, launch it and see what the server returns when you try to Save a Form? Fiddler is the program that handles HTTP requests and allows you to get more information about them. Each time your computer makes a request - a new record will appear in it. You just need to launch it, see what exactly goes wrong with this specific request - try to save a form while the program is active. There should be an HTML with the info about the error.

Dear Nikita,

Thanks for the reply. Can you please suggest where we can find exact error information in Fiddle, i coudnt find HTML content displayed in the fiddle.
Can you please send me step by step procedure to check this or any snap shots that will help for the same.

Dear Vishwas,
First design a form, even a simple one, open Fiddler and clear all the previous records, so they don't confuse you:

Next, click Save and receive an error in the designer. Once you send a request, you'll see a record added in Fiddler, please, check out its headers and post a screenshot here:

Dear Vishwas,
That's weird, judging by response - everything should be fine. Are you always getting the error, or just from time to time? It might be that the session simply has expired, and you just might need to re-connect.
