"New Form" is not an option?

I have the Design Forms option showing up in the toolbar on a SharePoint page, but the I do not see "New Form". I am trying to follow this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Lj0dMB-Cww

Dear 310Dev,
The button is there from the time the video was made - both are now a little outdated. In the past, Forms Designer used Microsoft's Silverlight technology and allowed creation of forms in the browser, but since Microsoft has moved away from this technology, we've moved the designer to desktop.

What you need to do is click on the Design Forms button and install Forms Designer desktop application:

Then you can use it to connect to any List or Library and design all the forms that you need.

Thank you Nikita, this was a question from our trial period and I found out that my trial had expired. Thank you for your reply: I will get better about updating correspondence in the questions from now.
