Clicking New does not open from for some records

This started happening last week. At first it was only a few records, but now it's happening often.

When you click "new" on the related items list to create a new record, you get the attached message

Nothing has changed in the code and it does not happen for all records. Any idea?

NEVERMIND!!! This is being caused by the use of another third party tool: flexible list. This is not your issue. Sorry.
