How do I get my Money back? I spent over 1000 dollars purchasing SharePoint forms and all I get is an error message. I am charging back the credit card charges and making sure this company does not take a penny from our business!

Dear Larry,
Thank you for contacting us! To make sure that you don't spend the money on the product that doesn't work for you, we've requested a refund from our store, and it should be processed within 4 hours, so you'll get your money back ASAP.

Our products include 30 day Trial period, so you don't have to buy them straight away, before you make sure that they work and you like their functionality. The issue that you've had with our product seems to come from the fact that you didn't add your SharePoint domain to your Plumsail Account - thus not activated it for the domain.

If you want to see step by step how the product is installed and used, please, check out the following video - https://youtu.be/fnaPGyS0iJU
Cheers

To anyone else reading the forum, the specific issue is related to Plumsail Forms, not Forms Designer product, which this forum is dedicated to.

Installation process is different for the two products. You can find information for Forms Designer in our Documentation here.
Cheers
