Dear Christian,
What's the point of exporting to Excel would be? I mean, you can export form to PDF, so the presentation is kept the same way, but form data is not normally exported to Excel. It's usually done for the List as a whole.
If you are using SharePoint Online, you can try Microsoft Flow.

the idea was to allow an employee without access rights on the sharepoint list to adapt data entries and then the one with all rights could reimport the data. By using PDF the main workload remains at the employe with sharepoint access.
