Redirect on Save or Cancel throws error

SFD offers the ability to redirect a user when the use the Save or Cancel button.

We have users that get error messages telling them that the page to which they are directed isn't shared with them. The error isn't in the form, it is in the page they are landing on.

However, they are able to navigate to the page I mean for them to be directed to from any other link just fine.
