Layout Grid not available in the Forms Designer

All the documentation and videos mention the Grid layout control in the Forms Designer but it is not showing in the version we are using(3.1.5 ). There seems to be a number of controls missing including the Wizard and Linkert. Are there different versions of the Forms Designer? Do we need to do anything to enable the missing controls?

Grids, Wizard and Linkert Scale controls are available in Plumsail Forms, our newer product for Modern UI for SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises 2019.
