Repeating fields

Hi,


Can anyone help me with repeating fields, I can't work out how to do this?


e.g. items on an expense claim;


Description Date Quantity Value Total

Meal 8/12/2014 1 £25.00 £25.00

Mileage 8/12/2014 75 £0.15 £11.25

Hotel 8/12/2014 1 £90.00 £90.00

Total £126.25
