How to get Web Parts into a Forms Designer Created Page

Hi,

I can see information from other posts which demonstrate how to use JavaScript to place a web part in the forms however I am not sure how to get the web part onto to the page in the first place. Sorry if this is a basic question but a point in the right direction would be helpful.

Hi,

Navigate to a list view, expand List -> Form Web Parts drop-down in the ribbon and pick a form where you want to add a web part.
