Edit Column Link incorrect

I am not sure if this is a bug or an issue I have caused. My form has a group that has a user defined rule. The group has an updated edit form.

When I click on the "Edit" column's icon it appears to ignore the groups rule. If I open the Item ... menu and click "edit Item" The correct form loads.

What could be the issue?

Hi Stu,

Just tested your case and it seems it works properly. Please, make sure that it is not a cache issue: try to open the Edit form from another browser. If it does not help, could you provide temporary access to the list?

It does not appear to be a cache issue. It occurs on IE and crome and for a multiple user accross multiple machines.

How would you like access?

If the site is availalbe for external users, please, provide credentials. If not, provide RDP access.
