Content Type Hub published content types

Hi -
I'm getting an error that a published content type is read only so I can't publish a form?
Am I missing something or can I not use SP forms with a content type published from the content type hub?

The content-type is probably read only. Go to the list's settings -> Advanced Settings -> Allow management of content-types = yes -> ok -> the content type under "content types" -> Advanced settings -> read only = no -> ok
