Plumsail lookup fields are blank on edit
Hello Mnikitina
We have reinstalled csl and spf twice now, the second time completely removing the current install and installing the version we downloaded from the link above. Both csl and spf version numbers haven't changed after the installs (1.4.4 and 3.1.4) and the problem still persists.
What version numbers should we be seeing?
Regards
Marshall

Hello Marshall,
Have you migrated recently?
Do you see the same behavior on other sites when the list created from scratch?
Could you please contact us via email support@plumsail.com for further discussion.
Thank you!

I have the same issue: empty lookup fields in edit mode. Do you have a workaround?
Problem came up after converting new lookup column into plumsail managed lookup fields on an existing spform.
Forms Designer Version 3.0.7
Cross-site Lookup Version 1.4.4.
Browsers: MS Edge and Firefox (up-to-date versions)

Hello !
Same issue for me !
We use SharePoint 2013 On-Premises, with Form Designer 3.1.2 and Cross-Site Lookup 1.4.4.
The problem seems to appear shortly after a SharePoint server update (CU december 2020), or it's a coincidence that users are only telling us about it now.
Can you help us ?

Hello Leslie,
The server update might have included changes that cause this issue.
Please download the latest version of Cross-site Lookup and Forms Designer from our web site here and re-deploy the solution. Note that even though it says Trial since you already have the license, it will be a full version for you.
You can find the installation instructions here.
Once this is done, you need to re-save forms.
