A Sync Update of Related List within Parent Form

Can you assist with this?

What we would like to do is upon closing a related item child form for only the related list view in the parent form to be refreshed asynchronously. Essentially, we are trying to eliminate the need for the entire parent form to reload (which can take quite a while) and only have the related list refresh.

Hello, Charles!
To update the Related Items list asynchronously, you need to change the list to Quick Edit. Otherwise, the page needs to refresh to accomodate the changes. If the list is in Quick Edit mode then it simply adds the new item, without refreshing the page.
