Hi,
I could not reproduce the issue in both SharePoint Online and On-premises and both rendering modes - client and server. What's your Forms Designer version? - you can find your version in the lower right corner of the designer window.

Please, try to re-activate Forms Designer feature at the site collection level. If it does not help, could you try to switch rendering mode of the Related Items control to Client in Forms Designer and try to delete a document again?

Dear Sertkaya,
This really shouldn't happen, not sure why it does. Is Parent Form open in dialog mode? And also can you tell us what browser are you using?

Dear Sertkaya,
Can you try and create fresh new list with no modifications, very basic, very simple, just regular list with Title and add Related Documents to it, then see if the behavior repeats? If it does, that means something is not working globally, if it doesn't, the issue is with the particular list.
You can also try and link Related Documents to a new Document Library, that can also be an option worth trying.

Dear Sertkaya,
Unfortunately there isn't much that we can do as it is. If you could give us full access to the site collection in question either in a screenshare session or with temporary account, we might be able to determine the reason for this behavior and resolve it, but without it, we are as puzzled as you are as to why this happens. If you do decide to go through with it, just write us at support@spform.com
I hope that this will be resolved one way or another, I really do.
P.S. Please, make absolutely sure that you re-activated site collection feature (deactivated it and then activated again). This is one of the things that can really help.
