Insert edit form in docsethome page

Hello.

I have some docsethomepage.aspx (docset welcome page). On this page I want to add a web part "edit form" of this docset.
I created 2 filters for the ID and ListID and submitted them to the web part. To no avail.

What do I need to do for this?

1) Do you use Plumsail Forms or Forms Designer?
2) What is your Sharepoint version?
