Redirect to display form on opening of a edit form

Hi,
I want to redirect user to display form based on some status field value in the form if a person opens edit form.How can this be achieved?

Hi Winston,
You can create a separate form for a certain condition like yours: [Status] = 'Some status'.Then disable the Save button and switch all fields into read-only mode on that form:
