Fill in data from lookup from other list

I'm hoping to use Forms designer to automatically fill in values based on what is selected in a lookup field.

I need, based on the item selected in the lookup field, to fill in other fields. Such as selecting a town name as a lookup, and having a country field automatically filled in based on the 'country' field of the town selected in the second list.
Is this possible? Is there documentation on doing this?
