Redirect causing error

We have SharePoint 2013 on premise and Forms Designer 3.1.4 installed. I have followed step by step the youtube video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Lj0dMB-Cww&hd=1
However when I try to do a redirect I get an error. The list gets updated and the workflow works as expected. The form isn't opening as a dialog so I am at a loss of what to check or do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
