Print button does not work in Internet Explorer

Hello,

my environment:
SharePoint 2013 Foundation.
SP-Forms Version: 3.1.3

I have the print button displayed (https://spform.com/printing/printing-sh ... orting-pdf) and created a new print button with the function "fd.printForm ()".

Both button variants do not work with Internet Explorer. It does not open a print form or a print preview.

It works in Chrome.

What can be done to make it work in Internet Explorer?

Hello RMIC,

What is your Internet Explorer version? 'fd.printForm()' works in 10 version and higher. Also, check your script, 'fd.printForm()' shouldn't have spaces between.

I have "fd.printForm()" without spaces.

Yes, sure.
The pictures / windows appeared in the following order: 1.png, 2.png, 3.png

In the status bar of the picture "3.png" is: print preview ("Druckvorschau - F12").

It's a common problem for IE. Please try reinstalling the print drivers and IE. If a problem still exists, check this discussion:
