openFormInDialog - prevent reload / refresh of parent form

Hi there,

i'm using the fd.openFormInDialog function inside a dialog form to add related items.
This works fine, until the user saves the new item in the second dialog...

The second dialog close, the first dialog get a refresh...

How do i prevent the "parent" from refreshing after dialog close?

Do i have to set something in the "onsubmit" function of the "child" form?

Hello ragesoft,

Please use Related Items control instead of fd.openFormInDialog.

Related items forms can be opened in the dialogue mode, and after submission, it will not refresh values in the parent form.
